At Ahawah, each artwork is thoughtfully created and shared as a digital product. This policy helps you understand how our digital downloads are delivered and how they may be used.

All products available on Ahawah are digital downloads (primarily in PDF and/or JPEG format).
No physical goods will be shipped. Ahawah does not ship any physical products. All products are delivered digitally.
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive access to your purchased file(s) as described on the product page.

Delivery of Digital Products

Your files are delivered electronically for instant access.
Download links will be provided:
- On the order confirmation page, and/or
- Through an email sent to your registered email address
We recommend downloading and saving your files soon after purchase for easy access.

If you do not receive your download link within a reasonable time, please feel free to contact us. We’re happy to help!

When you purchase a digital product from Ahawah, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.

You may print the artwork for personal use or give it as a printed gift

However, we kindly ask that the following are not permitted:

Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files in digital form
Printing the artwork for resale or commercial distribution
Uploading or distributing the original files in a way that allows others to download, reuse, or reproduce the artwork
Modifying the artwork for commercial use
Claiming the artwork as your own

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Ahawah and the original artist(s).

No Physical Shipping

As all products are digital:

No shipping fees apply
No physical delivery or tracking is involved

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally considered final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

However, if you experience any genuine issues, such as receiving the wrong file or a corrupted download, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us, and we will do our best to assist you fairly.

Technical Support

If you experience any issues, such as:

Trouble accessing your download
Broken or missing files
Incomplete or corrupted downloads

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
