• All products sold on Ahawah are digital downloads, primarily in PDF format.

• No physical goods will be shipped. Ahawah does not ship any physical products. All products are delivered digitally.

• Once payment is successfully completed, customers will receive access to the digital file(s) as described on the product page.

Delivery of Digital Products

• Digital files are delivered electronically

• Download links are provided:

  • On the order confirmation page, and/or

  • Via email sent to the registered email address

  • Customers are advised to download and save files promptly after purchase

• If you do not receive your download link within a reasonable time, please contact us.

File Format & Compatibility

• Products are provided in PDF format

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their device or software supports PDF viewing

• We are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party devices, printers, or software

• When you purchase a digital product from Ahawah, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

• You may not:

  • Upload files to public or commercial platforms

  • Modify the artwork for commercial purposes

  • Claim the artwork as your own

• All copyrights remain with Ahawah and the original artist(s).

Since this is a digital product:

• No shipping charges apply

• No tracking numbers are issued

• Delivery timelines related to physical products do not apply

Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

• Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed conditions regarding exceptions such as:

  • Corrupt files

  • Incorrect file delivery

  • Technical download issues

• Broken download links
