All products sold on Ahawah are digital files.
Once a file has been delivered or accessed, the purchase is considered final.
As digital downloads cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in most cases.

The file you received is incomplete or corrupted
You received an incorrect file
You experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access or download

In such cases, we will:

Re-sending the correct file, or
Providing a suitable alternative solution where possible
