Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No Refunds

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not possible.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The file is corrupt or incomplete

• The wrong file was delivered

• There is a verified technical issue preventing download

In such cases, we will:

• Re-send the correct file, or

• Provide an alternative solution at our discretion
