• Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not possible.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The file is corrupt or incomplete.

• The wrong file was delivered.

• There is a verified technical issue preventing download.

In such cases, we will:

• Re-send the correct file, or

• Provide an alternative solution at our discretion.
